Attorney Panettiere is a graduate of Boston College and Boston College Law School. She is former co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section, and has conducted many trainings, including teaching labor lawyers and police union officials to represent their members in grievance proceedings, discipline matters, bargaining and post-traumatic stress injury cases.
With over twenty years representing police officers and their unions, Attorney Panettiere has been counsel to the Massachusetts Coalition of Police, the Boston Police Patrolmen’s Association, and numerous independent police, fire and teachers unions, representing their members in contract negotiations, joint labor management committee proceedings, unfair labor practices, arbitrations, internal affairs investigations, discipline cases, civil service appeals and, accidental disability cases.
